How To Activate And Use Your NPS System

 

STEP 1: Enter Customer Information

Once a service has been completed, simply enter your customer's contact info into our template. 

STEP 2: Customer Receives Email With Questionnaire

Your customer will receive an email from you thanking them for their business. The email will also provide an option to provide feedback. 

STEP 3: Additional Options Provided

Once positive feedback is submitted (7 or higher), the system will direct your customers to the major online review sites. 

STEP 4: Notification Sent

You will receive an email notification of feedback given and have the option to respond.
